What has to do Armenia?
To restore the political, economic, cultural and diplomatic relations with Azerbaijan and Turkey, the Republic of Armenia has to make some corrections in its internal and foreign policy and the relations with the Diaspora in foreign countries. All these will be done by the government capable to preferring the interests of the Armenian people than all other interests. The government, will achieve this goal will preserve in the history of the Armenian people as the most progressive government in the history of Armenian people.
First of all, the Armenian government:
- to refuse from the territorial claims against Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia;
- To move its military troops and forces from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan;
- To recognize that the solution of the conflict of Highland Garabagh according to the international law norms within the framework of protection of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan is the sole optimal way of settlement;
- To refuse from the claims related to the “Armenian genocide” against Turkey, to recognize the tragic events arisen in 1915 and within the period before 1915 in the national context in the Ottoman Empire as the loss of the both nations, not to use of these events for deepening of the national hostility and provoking of the vengeance feelings;
- To put an end to the national vengeance lasting within a term more than one hundred year and regularly reaching the level of hostility and to determine the directions of strategic activity for setting of inter-national reconciliation and friendship contacts taking into account of the fact of residence of Turks and Azerbaijanis more than 100 million in the territories of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Borchali (Georgia) and Southern Azerbaijan (Iran);
- To think about getting of possibilities of participation in the economic projects (oil, gas, energy, transport, trade and so on) headed by Azerbaijan;
- The Armenian government has to understand the real direction and essence of the policy of anti-Azerbaijan and anti-Turk of the Armenian Diaspora, which is directed against the development of the Republic of Armenia and to regulate its relations with the foreign Armenian organizations;
- Ton recognize that about 2 million Azerbaijanis residing in the territory of the present Republic of Armenia underwent to the ethnic cleaning and deportation within 1905, 1918-20, 1948-52 and 1988 as a result of the policy of hostility and to accept the necessity of providing of Azerbaijanis with the autonomous status in one of territories of Armenia (Zangazur, Goycha, Daralayaz and Vedi) where Azerbaijanis resided compactly in the level of autonomous status that will be given to Armenians in Highland Garabagh of Azerbaijan.
What has to do Turkey?
Turkey, the most developed and most modern state of the Muslim East and the Turks is interested in preventing all obstacles, hindering it from the future progress and integration into the civil international community. One of the factors hindering Turkey from integration to the West is the matter of the “Armenian genocide”, performed by the Armenian Diaspora and supported by the interesting forces, putting always on the agenda. This matter serves the western states as the means of influence on Turkey rather than supporting Armenia: Turkey does its utmost to enter the European Union – the matter of “Armenian genocide” becomes actual, Turkey refuses of sending troops to Iraq, the Armenian genocide is remembered, Turkey supports the Northern Cyprus and the Armenian genocide puts on agenda. Therefore, Turkey has to make some steps for providing the international community with information on the history and essence of the Armenian matter and settling of this matter completely;
- It has to organize regular scientific conferences, political disputes and discussions with participation of the well-known figures, politicians, social figures, the state and non-governmental organizations of the world, to publish the materials of the archive related to the Ottoman Empire in several languages and to reveal the investigations analyzing comprehensively the mentioned period;
- It has to be able to use the forces of the Turkish Diaspora expediently and efficiently, having more than 75 million members in order to provide the international community with truths concerning the “Armenian matter”. The Turkish Diaspora, formed in the several countries of the world, which has many organizations all over the world has to appear with initiatives to set contacts with Armenian Diaspora;
- It has to declare about its readiness to set diplomatic, political, economic, trade and cultural relations with the Republic of Armenia as a substitution of closing finally the matter of “Armenian genocide”;
- To recognize and understand that the European Union is a Christian Club and to direct all forces, energy and time spent for joining this Union to the development in the other directions, as well as to strengthening of its relations with other Turkish speaking states, the Arabic states, China and Japan;
- To consider the opportunities implying acceptance of the sons of the Armenians deported from Anatoly and to return back to these territories.
What has to do Azerbaijan?
Azerbaijan is a party involved to the conflict between Armenians and Turks, arisen after occurrence of the “Armenian matter” and suffering profoundly from this conflict. Within the passed hundred years, because of the territorial claims of Armenians there was occurred at least four conflicts between these tow neighbor people (1905-07, 1918-20, 1948-52, commencing from 1988 and extending up to present) on the national context and each time mainly Azerbaijan was subjected to suffer. While these events about 2 million Azerbaijanis were banished from their own ethnic lands and more than 300 000 men were murdered.More than 2000 Azerbaijanis population settlements existed at the beginning of the XX century in the territory of the country, now called Armenia doesn’t exist presently and no Azerbaijani resides here today.As a result of the conflict of Highland Garabagh starting since 1988 about 1 million Azerbaijanis residing in Highland Garabagh and 7 districts surrounding it were banished from their ethnic lands and became displaced persons.The territory of the Autonomous Republic of Highland Garabagh (5,538 km2) and 7 districts surrounding it with the territory of 8,818 km2 (Agdhan, Fusuli, Kalbajar, Gubadli, zangila, Lachin and Jabrayil) were occupied by the Armenian military forces.20 thousand Azerbaijanis were killed, about 100 thousand men were wounded, 50 thousand of them became invalid as a result of this conflict. 6583 civilians were taken prisoners or missed as a result of the military aggression of Armenians: 439 of them died in prisons, 1357 persons were returned back to Azerbaijan with the support of the International Red Cross Committee and the remained 4784 persons are simply missed.In the occupied territories of Azerbaijan 900 residence settlements, 700 education, 655 public health enterprises, 22 museums, 927 libraries, 53 mosques were destroyed, 40 thousand museum exhibits, 4,6 million books were pillaged and burned and the city Khojali with 7 thousand population was destroyed completely.The key duty and purpose of Azerbaijan, which has suffered more from the “Armenian matter” is to return back the losses and to prevent the future tragedies related to and coming out from this matter.- First of all, Azerbaijan, using its increasing military and economic potential and authority in the international community has to provide its territorial integrity and to release the lands from occupation via the military way of solution, if other wise is not reached. The economic potential of Azerbaijan and its military power enable to do it. After releasing of its lands from occupation, Azerbaijan will implement several duties, such as:- Returning back of the displaced persons to their ethnic lands, restoration of destroyed settlements, creating of favorable and normal condition required for re-settlement of the people in these territories;- To agree the providing of the Armenian population of the Highland Garabagh with the autonomous status existing in the world practice with the local and international institutions, to restore the status quo existed in this region before 1988 and to give guarantee to the peaceful coexistence and residing of Armenians and Azerbaijanis;- To unify effectively the activities of the Azerbaijani and Turkish Diasporas in order to provide the world community with timely and accurate information about the “Armenian matter” and the tragedy of Azerbaijanis;- To consider the opportunities of cooperation in the fields of policy, economy, culture, energy, communications and transport, assisting to the restoration of the friendship relations with the Republic of Armenia, meeting the interests of the both countries and to support the joining of Armenia to the big international projects embracing the region;- To make steps and arrangements for preventing of the national hostility, taking into account the fact that both Azerbaijanis and Armenians will live in Caucasus permanently.
DOUBLE STANDARDS
The history of humanity is a history of fights and conflicts. If the struggle of men against the gods was a fight for living in the person of Prometheus, the struggle of slaves against slave owners, struggle of peasants against feudal lords, workers against capitalists was a fight for the normal living mode. As far as the society develops, dividing of men into different groups, their differentiation by various signs (religious, racial, national, ideological and so on) has been deepened and the contradiction of contrasts started to exert serious influence on management of the world. The fights between the religions, classes and ideologies substituted one another inn the course of time, caused various human bloodshed and several world wars.Demolition of USSR and failure of the socialism as the social-economic formation reached with ending of a long term fight between the capitalist and socialist camps. To facilitate administration of the world in its new structure, there was arisen a need in another form of conflict embracing the enormous human mass.At the end of 80th years, after the meeting of the state heads of USSR and the USA, two super states of the world – Michael Gorbachov and Ronald Reygan in the vessel together with II Johan Paul, the Rome Pope, the real essence of which is kept secretly up to present, the inter-religious conflict, which was consigned to oblivion put on the agenda once again, became stronger and fight between the civilizations.
Despite calking made with regular efforts, presently the world is exposed to deep anxiety about confrontation between Muslims and Christians and this is managed by the world forces adroitly. The fact of occurrence of the “Armenian matter” within the 80th years of the previous century as the means of influence on Turkey, the most civil, democratic country of the Muslim world in the more wide format and lasting within a long term is namely the model sample of the double standards directed towards deepening of the inter-religious confrontation.But Turkey is not alone in this direction. It is truth that today all wars in the world are waging in the Muslim countries (Afghanistan, Iraq, Palestine, Lebanon, Chechnya, Azerbaijan and so on) and non-Muslims appear as interested parties as regards these wars.On October 11, 2001, all Muslim countries condemned the terrible terror act committed in the USA. Despite this event was committed by Bin Laden and its terror organization, after September 11, the word “Muslim” is used as a synonym of the word “terror”. But nobody asks himself why and how Bin Laden became a terrorist? Where has he passed training? Only Christians are victims of terror?Is the aware of the fact that from 1988 the Azerbaijani people are faced with the Armenian terror? More than 30 terror operations were committed against Azerbaijan by the Armenian terror organizations, there were blown up two explosions in the metro station of Baku, 3 times the passenger helicopters were detonated, buses were detonated, hundred men were killed and wounded.Why the western states, posing a paramount problem of fighting against the terror – i.e. the USA and the European Union don’t condemn the terrorist Armenians and the state of Armenian, which support the terrorism? Why does nobody condemn the PKK terrorists, disturbing the state of Turkey within more than 40 years, on the contrary, they are supported by moneys, arms and spiritually? Why the problem of “non Muslims” in the Ottoman Empire and the problem of “non Turks” in the Republic of Turkey are arisen and became the bloody events?Why the USA is not subjected to any sanction, descending on Iraq, disregarding the decision issued by the UN Security Counsel?Why 4 decisions issued by UN within 1992-93 on removing of the military forces of Armenian from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan are not executed up to present? Is it accidental the publication of caricature of the Prophet Mohammad in the Denmark newspapers? Why the reaction of the western law defenders didn’t coincide with their attitude to the film “Code Da Vinci?” Probably, they consider that only the Prophet Jesus and the mother Mary, giving birth to him, are sacred? What were reasons of saying of thoughts disgracing the Prophet Mohammad and the Islamic Religion by the Pope Benedict? It will not be forgotten that the comprehensions such as: Native Lands, Mother and the Nation sacred for the western community are sacred for the man of the East and we have to respect the national-spiritual values of each nation.Within 1992-93 the military forces of Armenia occupied 25% of the territory of Azerbaijan. These territories are now under occupation and about 1 millions persons are displaced persons. And the Senate of the USA, considered the most democratic country all over the world approved the 907th amendment to the Act of Defense of Freedom, prohibiting the humanitarian assistance to Azerbaijan by the sate of America. You are offered to compare the facts: the country, whose lands are occupied, the country whose population is faced by the humanitarian calamity and the country, which is deprived from the humanitarian assistance, is Azerbaijan. The law defenders from the West, protecting the rights of one person in the person of Orkhan Pamuk in Turkey and looking for political prisoner in Azerbaijan with the magnifier don’t defend the rights the fundamental human rights- the right of living of about 1 million Azerbaijanis within a long time. The awarding of Nobel Prize to Orhan Pamuk, the Armenian-phile writer from Turkey against his declaration that “1,5 million Armenians and 30 thousand Kurds are murdered in Turkey” are indices of the puniness of the political behavior in the pornographic level. The selection of Nebahat Albayrag, Turk by origin, the Dutch deputy to the Parliament in the list of the candidates of the Social Democratic Worker Party after confirming that “he recognizes only the genocide of Armenians”, removal of three Turks from this list, who didn’t recognize the claims of genocide and imposing a ban on the political activity are very interesting and characterize the double standards.Why the countries of European Union, requiring from Turkey to recognize the mutual slaughter arisen in the Ottoman Turkey in the very complicated military-political situation as the genocide of Armenians don’t recognize Armenia, keeping the lands of Azerbaijan under occupation as the invader state? (I may you convince that if Armenians were Muslim people and the Turkey a Christian state, there will not be a question of “Armenian matter” in the world and the Turkey would be a full member of the European Union).These questions have a common response:
There are double standards as regards the Muslims and Christians. The policy of the USA and the countries of the European Union, intending to manage the world, based on the double policy serves deepening of the disaster, but not the dialogue between the civilizations.
The outlines of this disaster are visible yet. And the decision of the French Parliament’s National Assembly approved the other day concerning “imposing penalty upon persons who don’t recognize the Armenian genocide” is drawing attention as the patch on the black trousers of the EuropeFrance, speaking about the freedom of speech and thought, confirming these ideas adequately in their Constitutions and the laws and ratifying all related international documents, presently approves a decision stamping on human rights as a feudal by the medieval mode of thinking; if this country takes liable all men for non recognition of false genocide of Armenians and if the non recognition of the “Armenian genocide” is considered a crime in a country where non recognition of the GOD is not criminal action.. it will be day of Revelation.The world is not created by the men and it is not managed by them. The precipitate actions of men may violate the harmony of this world only within a very short time that would reach the terrible disasters or the third world war.Despite the facts expressed above are realties, are not novelty and there will not be required to cry “eureka!” But Archimedes, crying “eureka!” 2300 years ago is just in these days: “The object immersed into water is influenced by the repulsing force, equal to the weight of the liquid removed by the same object”.
.…This liquid may be water, oil, even blood!!!
