Dəyərli soydaşlar:

       Sürəkli olaraq paltakda bazar günləri “Sözün sözü”  adlı otağımız olacaqdır. Otağın gündəmində yalnız  yazınla (ədəbiyatla) dilçilik konuları önəmsənəcəkdir. Konularla bağlı dəyərli söz uzmanlarımızla (şairlər, yazıçılar, dilçilər) birgə, soydaşlarımızın da otğımızı onurlandırmalarını umuruq. Otaqda siyasal çəkişmələrdən uzaq, bireylərin söz özgürlüğü ilə sayqınlığı qorunacaqdır. Otaq mərkəzi Avropa vaxtı ilə saat 21.00  başlanacaqdır.

What has to do Armenia? 

 To restore the political, economic, cultural and diplomatic relations with Azerbaijan and Turkey, the Republic of Armenia has to make some corrections in its internal and foreign policy and the relations with the Diaspora in foreign countries. All these will be done by the government capable to preferring the interests of the Armenian people than all other interests. The government, will achieve this goal will preserve in the history of the Armenian people as the most progressive government in the history of Armenian people.

First of all, the Armenian government:

                    THE “ARMENIAN MATTER” 

                    AND THE ARMENIAN TERROR 

   One of the elementals of the Armenian matter is the Armenian terror. The Armenian terrorism is a dangerous criminal net, formed as an integral part of the Armenian political parties (“Armenikan”, “Hnchak” and “Dashnaksutyn”) founded at the end of the XIX century and their programs of fighting, set close contacts with the several terrorist organizations within a hundred years.The specificity and danger of the Armenian terror is that this organization is protected and instructed by a state, by the Republic of Armenia.If within the first period of institution (1880-1915), the Armenian terrorism carried out its activity in direction of organizing of confrontations, revolts, national-ethnic conflicts for solution of the “Armenian matter”, within the years next to 1915 it pursued the way of committing of political murders under the pretext of taking revenge upon. Within these years the Turkish and Azerbaijani state figures were murdered.

There is a term more than hundred year, the “Armenian matter”, became the bother of the history is put on the agenda and used by certain political circles and after losing its actuality is “disappeared” for putting once again on the agenda.
What is the “Armenian matter” and when it was arisen?
Ismat Binark, the Turkish researcher writes: “the Armenian matter”, being an integral part of the “oriental matter” was put on agenda approximately during the second half of the XIX century by the European states and became official in the Berlin Conference held on June 13, 1878. The decision of this Conference, aiming though at providing the legal securities of Armenians living in the territory of Turkey, follows in reality the purpose of destroying the Ottoman Turkey completely.

Par la présente je voudrais bien de vous présenter un des poèmes d’après Hummat Chahbazi :   

      Orta əsrlər şeirində aşiq yarı ilə həmişə üz-üzədir. Necə deyərlər, bir azdan ayrılıq qopacaq. Burada “qopacaq” feli bəlkə də yerinə düşmür. Ayrılıq qopmur, gəlir, ancaq elə gəlir ki, elə bil dünya qopur. Aşıq şeirində isə hər şey ayrılığa oxunur, o “qopur” dediyimiz artıq baş verib, aşıq həmişə ifrat halın, “qəzavü-qədərin” türküsünü oxuyur. Orta əsrlər şeirində “birnəfəslik” (üz-üzə dayanma) məsafəni heç kim qət edə bilmir, deyilən söz az qala ulduzlara çatır, kəhkəşanı gəzib-dolaşır, “niqab” açılmır, söz ünvanına çatmır və bu, sözün öz içində dərin təbəddülatlar yaradır, deyək ki, Nəsimidə bir cür, Füzulidə tamam başqa xassədə.

Mühüm olanı başqa bir cəhətdir – ətrafında mətnin personajlarının hərəkət etdiyi əşya və predmetlərin təsviri, bu zaman məkan münasibətləri sistemi - toposun strukturu meydana çıxır» (4).
